Leap

I just watched Hitch the Date Doctor and I was quite amused with it("I am Michaelangelo and you are the Sistine Chapel"). The conversation that I like best is the last where Hitch told the girl(Sarah) that people leap hoping they can fly because otherwise they will fall just like a rock. As they are falling down they will ask themselves why they did jump.

There are some people, beliefs or ideas that make us make that leap and make us believe that we can fly. Whether we can fly or not remains to be seen. Fools rush in where angels feel to thread. Fools leap believing they can fly. Great feats are made by those who does not know that it is impossible.

This week I made a leap. The many things I want to do and the tons of work that I am obliged to do made me sleepless for a couple of days this week. Its as if I was given a choice. Is it work or do the things I wanted to do? I never made a choice. Somebody made me leap. Whether or or not I will fly remains to be seen.
